With the purchase of any material from StockRC, the customer declares to have read and accepted all the conditions of sale that appear on our website. For equipment under the ARTF and RTF regime, the client will receive a paper copy of these same conditions, which must be signed and delivered to StockRC upon receipt of the equipment.
General conditions of sale


 1. TERRITORIAL SCOPE


• StockRC works throughout the Spanish national territory and throughout the European community.
• Orders are not answered whose address is a post office box.


 2. PRODUCTS AND GUARANTEE


• The characteristics and specifications of each product are defined by its manufacturer and any variation, change or update of its qualities is due to its commercial policy.

3. PRICES

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

5. FORMS OF PAYMENT

 6. DELIVERY TIMES


• The delivery time of an order depends on the type of product purchased and the company that makes the transport.

o Orders of greater volume or weight are sent by Private Agency delivering in Madrid in 19/48 hours and in the rest of Spain except islands in 24 hours.

 7-Cancellation and return


Cancellation of an order

 Return of a product due to deterioration due to transportation

StockRC is not responsible for any problem, fault or incident registered in or by the device for any reason arising from this assembly, the configuration and adjustment of the equipment or its subsequent handling.


Stockrc exports and sells the equipment for recreational purposes, and that the items are not used in arms, or for military purposes or for other uses contrary to the export law of the European Union. As part of our s

ARTF equipment delivered

In specific cases, StockRC can agree with the client to deliver the equipment under the ARTF regime (almost ready to fly, almost ready to fly). Considerations regarding our equipment.

• Combining and assembling in an appropriate and responsible way all the necessary electronic, mechanical or auxiliary elements, the client can get to have a high performance recreational aerial platform usable under his own responsibility. • StockRC is not responsible in any case for the assembly carried out by the purchaser of the equipment or for the flights made with the material purchased through our website, whatever the type of flight.
• Always assemble and use our equipment in a responsible manner. Never fly over people, animals or populated areas. Always fly inside the areas of your aeromodelling club.
• Stockrc warns about the use of radio controlled equipment near sources that emit in 2.4 as Wi-Fi or cameras controlled with remote controls, since it interferes with the radio control system
• Stockrc is not responsible for the loss of radio controlled devices since the control is the responsibility of the user, and never let the devices be self-controlled. Although they have RTH measurements, we do not recommend their use.

Notices and recommendations

• Verify that the frequencies used by your equipment comply with the existing regulations regarding the use of the radioelectric space. Know well before using a certain frequency or buying certain equipment.
• If you are going to test your video transmitters, do so with the antenna on, otherwise you can irreparably damage the transmitter and it will not be covered by the warranty.
• Remember that video transmitters heat up very easily. They must be used in flight or on land with a good flow of air to cool them. Otherwise, they will suffer failures not covered by the guarantee.
• We recommend checking your equipment carefully before putting them in flight. There are critical parts such as propellers with which it is necessary to take exquisite care. A propeller that detaches or starts

Notice about Brushless Gimbal and controllers
It is an emerging technology. It takes some patience and effort to get it to work as seen on youtube. THIS IS NOT A Plug and Play device!

You need some knowledge about driver of Microsoft Windows drivers, Software configuration and fine tuning of Gimbal software to your liking and according to your multirotor.

We will do everything possible to answer your questions and we can guide you in the right direction, but getting the gimbal to work correctly in the way that it is supposed to, will be your responsibility. Please understand this before purchasing any Brushless Gimbal or related product.
