Cash on delivery

Using this payment system you will be charged the amount of your order at the time of receiving it at your home. The person in charge of delivering the order, will charge you the total amount corresponding to the order plus the costs of shipping and cash on delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times

The cost of shipping costs is calculated for each product taking into account its weight, dimensions, transport insurance, destination and company that makes the delivery and run on behalf of the buyer.

The transport agency we use to get you our products is Tourline Express.

The time of arrival of your order depends on the time you have made it:

• If you place your order before 6:30 p.m., you will receive it the next day.

• If you place your order after 7:00 p.m., you will receive it at 48 hours.

• On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there are no shipments or preparation of these.

Shipping deadlines may be affected during the Christmas period. There are different types of shipping based on the cost and place of shipment of the order:

• For orders to the peninsula of less than € 60: the shipping cost is € 5.90 (VAT included) through tourline express. If you make your purchase before 18:30 hours you will receive your purchase the next day, otherwise the delivery time is 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

• For orders over € 60, shipping is free within the peninsula and will be delivered to you in 24/48 hours (Monday to Friday).

• For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the cost of transport is higher because they are farther destinations. Depending on the size and weight of the products, the website itself does not calculate this cost to confirm the shipping cost of your purchase. Remember that in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla there are customs costs (IGIC and AIEM tax) that must be paid to the carrier at the time of receiving the package. How I can keep track of my order?

Can I return the item if I do not like it? (Right of withdrawal)
