Will have a value of the price of DJI Care Refresh plus the procedure of revision of equipment and the return shipment to the client. (The shipping to the official DJI Service Center will be paid by the client).

Users who hire DJI Care Refresh Used Drone must meet one of the following conditions:

1-Drones that do not have care.
2-Drones used.
3-Drones approved in an official DJI Service Center.
4-Drones repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 48 hours of receiving the code by e-mail).


Replacement, total tranquility

DJI Care Refresh Used Drone offers a replacement service and covers water damage, fall and shock, as well as interference or other accidents (the equipment will have to be in operation at the time of the accident).

The replacement service extends for one year. Damages caused by a user error or a manufacturing defect are covered by DJI Care Refresh Used Drone.



* DJI Care Refresh Used Drone will not be valid if the equipment is not sent to an official DJI Service Center for verification.


* In order to process your DJI Care Refresh Used Drone the equipment will have to be in operation at the time of the accident.
