DJI Care Refresh Renew offers you the opportunity to renew your Care Refresh or contract a new Care, extending your coverage for one more year, providing one more opportunity to replace your damaged DJI product for a small additional charge.

The procedure to hire DJI Care Refresh Used Drone will have a value of the price of DJI Care Refresh plus the procedure of revision of equipment and the return shipment to the client. (The shipping to the official DJI Service Center will be paid by the client).

Users who hire DJI Care Refresh Renew must meet one of the following conditions:

1-Drones that do not have care.
2-Drones used.
3-Drones approved in an official DJI Service Center.
4-Drones repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 48 hours of receiving the code by e-mail).


Replacement, total tranquility

DJI Care Refresh Renew offers a replacement service and covers water damage, fall and shock, as well as interference or other accidents (the equipment will have to be in operation at the time of the accident).
